so i put the stand at the top of my netflix queue because its status was: very long wait. i assumed i would have a chance to finish the damn book before the movie became available. nay, nay, it is on its way! i watched it when it premiered on TV, but i don't remember much other than that hot piece, lieutenant dan, was in it. plus i hadn't read the book then so it completely went over my head. anyway. i need to go finish the book.
